Earth Day, on which the modern environmental movement was launched back in 1970, is celebrated annually on April 22nd.
The passage of the landmark Clean Air Act, Clean Water Act, Endangered Species Act, and many other groundbreaking environmental laws soon followed this original celebration. Today, events large and small are raising awareness of the fragile balance we hold on our planet and training to make changes to the dangerous course we have set.
Our dogs bring us closer to nature and help us appreciate the environment we share with them. They too will benefit from the fact that our responsibility improves. We all have to get involved in order to make a difference. Here are some easy ways to raise eco-friendly dogs and reduce our impact on the world.
