History: Chestnut is a 5 year old shepherd who is looking for his home forever. Chestnut is a generally gentle boy and loves to play with toys. Occasionally he still gets the zoomies! He has moderate energy and after a short game he is content with quietly taking a nice nap.
Chestnut already knows “sitting”, “sitting down” and “touching” and is house trained. He is motivated and learns quickly – he is currently practicing “watch me”, “go into the box” and “wait”. He sleeps peacefully in his box overnight. Oh, and did you notice that he’s very pretty too?
He can be adopted by Oakland Animal Services.
