A few days after my birthday we visited the PAWS shelter on our Saturday errands. We saw our cute guy sleeping in the corner of a room. Our hearts just melted. Unfortunately we weren’t ready for a dog yet, so we left the shelter without him. We checked the website every day to see if it was still there until one day it wasn’t. We were absolutely broken, but we checked every day. Fortunately, he reappeared healthy a week later after an attack of kennel cough and we rushed to our little bud. We haven’t left his site since.
